🔁 Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • Your order did not arrive after the maximum estimated delivery time

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Delays due to customs or postal service

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

💌 How to Request a Refund

Email us at Info@fablora.ca with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) of the product if damaged or incorrect

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

💳 Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

📦 Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. Once confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or resend your order at no extra cost.
